The National Service Scheme (NSS) at Arya Degree College, Nurpur is dedicated to developing the personality of students through community service. It provides a platform for young individuals to engage in meaningful activities that contribute to the welfare of society while nurturing a sense of responsibility, discipline, and leadership.
NSS volunteers actively participate in various social initiatives such as cleanliness drives, tree plantation campaigns, health awareness programs, blood donation camps, and rural development activities. These programs aim to create awareness among the community and encourage students to become socially responsible citizens.
Through regular camps and special drives, students get opportunities to work closely with local communities, understand real-life challenges, and contribute towards positive change. NSS not only enhances students’ social skills but also instills values of teamwork, empathy, and selfless service.
